Our services
Lyra provides social media management, content strategy, video editing, and performance reporting services to small businesses across the UK. The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a separate client proposal or contract.
Client responsibilities
As a client you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, audience, and goals
- Grant Lyra access to relevant social media accounts as required
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval within agreed timeframes
- Pay invoices on time in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business that may affect the services
Intellectual property
All content created by Lyra on your behalf — including posts, captions, graphics, and reports — becomes your property upon full payment. Lyra retains the right to reference your business as a client for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Lyra treats all information shared by clients as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or data with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Cancellation
Monthly retainer services require an initial 3-month commitment. After this period, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No penalty applies. One-off projects are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed.
Results and guarantees
Lyra does not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or business outcomes. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes. We commit to delivering professional, consistent, and strategic work — and to being transparent about what's working and what isn't.
Limitation of liability
Lyra's liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
