PRICING & cost.

How much does social media management cost?+
We don't publish fixed prices because every business is different — the platforms, volume, and scope all affect the cost. We offer three tiers: Starter, Growth, and Pro, plus add-ons for video editing and one-off strategy reports. Book a free call and we'll give you a straight answer based on what you actually need.
Is there a minimum spend?+
Our Starter package is the entry point — designed to be accessible for small businesses just getting started. We don't believe in pricing people out. But we won't take on work we can't do properly either. If your budget genuinely doesn't work, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Do you offer one-off projects or just monthly retainers?+
Both. Our monthly packages are retainer-based, but we also offer a standalone strategy report as a one-off — brand voice document, content pillar framework, competitor analysis, and posting cadence guide. No ongoing commitment required. Great if you want the strategy but plan to execute it yourself.
What's included in the video add-on?+
4 edited short-form videos per month — Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts. We handle editing, captions, audio, and platform-optimised export. You supply the raw footage (or we advise on how to shoot it yourself on your phone). Can be added to any package.

WHAT WE do.

What does "fully managed" actually mean?+
It means we handle everything. Strategy, content creation, caption writing, hashtag research, scheduling, posting, and community management. You won't need to log into the account unless you want to. At the end of each month you'll get a plain-English report covering what worked, what didn't, and what's coming next.
Do I need to provide content or ideas?+
No — that's our job. We build a content strategy based on your business, then plan and create content ourselves. That said, behind-the-scenes photos or videos from you often perform brilliantly and we'll guide you on what's worth capturing. But it's never a requirement.
Do you write the captions too?+
Yes. Copywriting is included in all packages. We spend time at the start of every client relationship learning your brand voice — how you talk, what you care about, what you'd never say — so the content sounds like you, not a generic agency post.
Will you run paid ads as well?+
Paid ads aren't currently included in our packages — we focus on organic social media management. A strong organic presence is the foundation that makes paid ads work properly anyway. Get in touch and we can discuss what's right for your business at this stage.

HOW IT works.

What happens after I book a call?+
The free call is genuinely low-pressure. We'll ask about your business, your goals, and what you've tried before. If we think we can help, we'll come back with a proposal within a few days. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so. Once you're on board, we spend the first week on onboarding — learning your brand, setting up the content calendar, getting access to your accounts.
How long does it take to see results?+
Honestly — it depends. Consistency usually shows results within 60–90 days. Some clients (like Novi Collective) saw enquiries coming in within the first month. Others take longer, particularly if starting from zero or in a competitive space. We'll be transparent about what's realistic for your situation from day one — no false promises.
Will I get to approve content before it goes live?+
Yes, if you want to. We share a content calendar at the start of each month and you're welcome to review everything before it goes out. Most clients trust us to post without approval after the first month or two once they're confident in the voice — but it's always your call.
How do you report back each month?+
A written monthly report in plain English. It covers reach and impressions, follower growth, top-performing posts, engagement rate, and our recommendations for the following month. No jargon, no 40-slide decks. Just the numbers that matter and a clear picture of what's working.

PLATFORMS & channels.

Which social media platforms do you work with?+
We manage Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn as standard. YouTube is available on request. Each platform has a different content format, algorithm, and audience — we'll advise which ones make sense for your business rather than spreading you thin across all of them.
Which platform should my business focus on?+
Instagram works well for visual brands — salons, food, retail, lifestyle. TikTok has the highest organic reach right now and suits businesses willing to show behind-the-scenes content. LinkedIn is best for B2B service businesses. X suits brands with a strong opinion and something to say. We'll advise on the right platform mix during your onboarding call.
Do I need existing social media accounts?+
No — we can set everything up from scratch if needed. That's exactly what we did for Novi Collective, who started with zero presence on any platform. If you already have accounts, we'll audit what's there, tidy up the profiles, and build from what exists.

RESULTS & guarantees.

Can you guarantee followers or engagement?+
No — and anyone who does is lying to you. Social media algorithms change constantly and results vary by industry, platform, and starting point. What we can guarantee is consistent, professional content that gives your business the best possible chance of growing. We track everything monthly and adjust the strategy based on what the data tells us.
What results have you achieved for other clients?+
Our most documented case study is Novi Collective — a Manchester hair salon we took from zero social presence to fully booked. Instagram became their primary driver of new client enquiries within months of us taking over. Every business is different, but this shows what's possible when strategy and consistency come together from day one.
What if I'm not happy with the results?+
We'll have an honest conversation. Monthly reporting means you always have full visibility — no surprises. If something isn't working, we identify it and adjust. If after a fair period we genuinely feel the fit isn't right, we'll say so. We'd rather part on good terms than keep a client who isn't getting value.

CONTRACTS & commitment.

Is there a minimum contract length?+
We ask for an initial 3-month commitment. Social media takes time to build momentum — 3 months gives us enough runway to establish the strategy, learn what works for your audience, and start seeing measurable results. After that, we move to rolling monthly agreements with 30 days' notice to cancel.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel?+
After the initial 3-month period, 30 days' written notice. No penalty, no awkwardness. We'd always rather have a conversation first to see if there's something we can fix — but if you want to leave, that's entirely your right.
Who owns the content you create?+
You do. Everything we create for your accounts belongs to your business. If you ever leave, you keep all the content, the accounts, the followers, and the strategy documents. We don't hold anything hostage.
Do you work with businesses outside Manchester?+
Yes — we're based in Manchester but work with small businesses across the UK. Everything is managed remotely so location doesn't matter. Onboarding, calls, and reporting all happen online.
